- Al Saada offers house cleaning, kitchen cleaning, laundry and ironing, babysitting, office cleaning, and party helper services. These services are performed exclusively by Filipino staff, as per the client's request.
- Services will be delivered according to the agreed-upon quotation approved by the client. Any additional services requested beyond the initial agreement will incur extra charges.
- A preliminary site visit may be conducted to evaluate the premises and offer customized service recommendations, estimates, or proposals.
- The quoted price includes labor costs, necessary cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment, and transportation. Any additional expenses outside of these will be communicated and charged accordingly.
- The client is responsible for providing unobstructed access to the premises and ensuring that the service area is free from interruptions during the service period.
- Clients must notify Al Saada at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- All services are performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, staff, and the environment.
- Services are provided at regular intervals as per the service agreement. Any additional visits or services requested outside the regular schedule will be subject to additional charges.
- Some cleaning services may involve the use of chemicals with strong odors that can linger. Individuals with respiratory issues, allergies, or other sensitivities should avoid the treated area for at least 24-48 hours post-treatment.
- The client must ensure the availability of essential utilities such as electricity and water at the service location to facilitate the execution of services.
- Al Saada is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to domestic animals, property, or equipment, except were caused by the negligence of our staff. Clients are advised to secure valuable items and inform us of any sensitive areas.
- Waste generated during the service will be collected and disposed of responsibly, in accordance with local regulations. Clients may be responsible for the disposal of certain types of waste, as agreed upon during the service arrangement.
- Full payment is due upon the completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon. Delayed payments may attract additional charges as stipulated in the service agreement.
- Al Saada is committed to delivering high-quality services. If the client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they are encouraged to contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues promptly.
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha.
